The following is a list of the more common appraisal forms we offer. Please contact us if you don't see a form or appraisal type you are looking for.  All fees are based on the scope of work required for each appraisal.  Fees vary and are subject to change at any time.*

Matthews Real Estate Appraisal Services provides appraisals for:

  • 1-4 Unit Residential Properties (SFR, Condos, PUDs)
  • Conventional, FHA, and VA Loans
  • Divorce, Estate Planning, FSBO, Date of Death.

RUSH Services are available for an additional fee.

URAR (1004) SFR/PUD Full Appraisal
(1073) Condominium Full Appraisal
Form (2055) Exterior Only
FHA Full Appraisal
Form (442) Satisfactory Completion

Forms (216) & (1007) Rent Survey & Operating Income Statement. 

Residential Income 2-4 Units (Includes FHLMC Form 216)
Non-lending appraisals (Divorce, estate planning, FSBO)

*Fees are based on the complexity of the property to be appraised, as well as type of forms and any specific lender requirements.  Fees increase for properties with more complex locations, structures, markets, & uniqueness.  More complex properties require more time, expertise, and liability.  All fees are subject to change at any time.  Larger fee does not reflect or have an effect on value.  (i.e. paying more won't make the property worth more.) Fee is charged for  scope of work and is determined prior to acceptance of appraisal assignment.
